I was extremely nervous about being induced, as it was new to me. Melissa walked me through every step and explained everything so clearly. Her disposition was so calming and it made for a great labor and delivery experience. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable every step of the way. She stepped in when my husband didn't know what to do. I wish everyone could have Melissa during their delivery.
