Melissa not only took care of my husband while he was in the ICU, but she also took care of me and my daughter, mentally and physically. The first night when my husband might not make it, she sat in the room with me and just talked to me. She now knows my wedding song. She used that information the next night in the neuro exam with him. She listened and heard. She actually cares. She took such good care of my husband. But, it was the care she gave to those who are not her patients that makes her stand out and shine.
