Melissa was very professional and caring for my son's whole stay. When we asked to be transferred to a higher-level facility, she immediately began the process. She communicated with us throughout the process, letting us know as things developed.

She took care of everything and stayed after her shift ended to make sure it was all done. She easily could have passed it on to the nurse on the night shift, but she stayed late to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner, and his transfer was not delayed due to the shift change.
