I am a 48-year-old male. I came in and could not breathe, bending over, getting dizzy, falling, I have heart failure, so I am on a lot of critical meds for that. I am taking Hepatitis-C medicines, so I cannot change any of my meds without going through a pharmacist. Melissa was very kind and respectful, and she orchestrated all my med changes that all the doctors wanted so that they did not get them wrong and that they came out right and went through the meds labs first to see if I could change them. She made sure and she knew my whole story before she made any decisions, and then, doing so, she caught multiple mistakes; she explained everything to a T to me and made it very easy for me to understand, and for a swamped as they were on that night. I am very amazed at the great job that she did.

Melissa is the kindest and most empathetic nurse I have ever encountered. She is so nurturing and loving, as if we were blood-related, rather than just a patient and nurse relationship. She has been right beside me through every step of my stay in the hospital, providing superior nursing care, nurturing, sympathy, and support. She is never in a bad mood or anger,y and always makes you feel hopeful that the best is on its way for you.
