This nurse goes above and beyond every time that I work with her. Whether she is charging or on the floor, she works so hard and is willing to help any employee when needed. She has a great attitude and cares for the patients very well.

Melissa is a wonderful charge nurse. I have had the honor of working with her for the past few months as a travel nurse on her floor. She is always very helpful as a charge nurse and is knowledgeable about her job. I enjoy working with her because she is quick to jump in and help her fellow coworkers when we are drowning on the floor.

Melissa goes completely above and beyond when it comes to doing her job, whether it’s charging or working the floor. She goes out of her way to assist or offer help even when she's not asked. There were often times where she has missed her bed huddle to help others in need or even patients in need of care when other staff members could not make it into their rooms. Her generosity is known to all nurses, technicians, and doctors who cross her path.
