I am on Accutane, which requires monthly appointments and online confirmation, and a test after every appointment, with only a 7-day window from your appointment date to pick up the medication! Every appointment I have had during my Accutane journey has been painstaking and stressful until recently. This month, I had a complication with an off-base pharmacy when I could not pick up a time-sensitive prescription.

I called the clinic, and Melissa brought me back in and made sure I was able to receive this medication as hassle-free as possible on the very next day! She always walks around with a smile and is very comforting and understanding, but most importantly, Melissa goes above and beyond to ensure I am worry-free. Every appointment I have at Madigan, I am genuinely excited to see and talk to Melissa; she is such an amazing nurse!
