Missy (Melissa) has been a breath of fresh air for our unit. Missy brings a spirit of unity and teamwork to our staff. I always know that her door is open and that I can safely assume that I will be heard when I have ideas, concerns or just need to vent. Missy is fair and always has the best interests of the staff as well as the patients at heart.
I appreciate that Missy will come to the floor at a moment's notice just to help relieve people during busy times and always stops to ask how things are going. Missy is compassionate and strong and incredibly smart and diplomatic. I appreciate your dedication to us, Missy, and look forward to continuing to work with you to keep our unit growing.
