Melissa was recognized for her positive attitude that she brings to work with her every day. She has a willingness to help any teammate and often offers help without being prompted. She is caring and kind to all her patients, patient's families and coworkers. She is engaged in supporting her unit through Nursing Shared Governance and other committees where she pushes nurses on MOU and at RRMC forward with new innovative ideas. Melissa is awonderful nurse who goes above and beyond!
