Melissa is a very caring, kind, and thoughtful nurse. For my father to notice Melissa's nursing care and how good she is to him is a miracle. Melissa has been on top of my father's care. She listens to our concerns and she always gives us an answer we can understand. Melissa is very gentle and kind to our father. My father is very hard of hearing and she is very loving when she has to repeat herself many times. Melissa always makes sure she explains what and why she does things to my father.
On a number of occasions, she'll say, "I'm sorry, I know it hurts". Which is wonderful to see. She has compassion for him. Melissa goes out of her way to make my father and our family feel at ease; when I leave here I know he is in good hands. Melissa has always followed through with everything she said she was going to do.
