She made sure my wife and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. She made sure we both ate and slept. She made this the best experience.

Melissa extended extraordinary care to me and my son. She went above and beyond in every way. She cared not only for our physical needs but attended to our emotions and she stepped in when I was near my breaking point to care for my newborn and comfort and coddle him. She's amazing!

Melissa showed compassion, encouragement, and advocacy as she coached, demonstrated, evaluated, and challenged us to develop skills to go home. I had difficulty breastfeeding. She never gave up on us and somehow was present through all our nightly feedings. She even called and consulted with a lactation consultant after hours. She understood and empathized with my situation of being scared for a new adventure.
