I was there at 0530am to have my gallbladder removed. Nervous as could be when this nurse came out to the waiting area to get me - she said, "It's okay, I see you have nervous eyes. I will take care of you." She held my hand from there on. She was so sweet and considerate. I was still nervous but she made it a lot easier to deal with. When it was all over and I was on the way out, I heard her voice from behind telling me goodbye. I didn't even see her. She came over and hugged me goodbye. That was sweet. She could have let me go and said nothing as I will probably never see her again anyway. Thank you!
