Melissa Neuhard, RN

Our first encounter with Melissa was around day 10 of my father's hospital stay. He was intubated but alert, and she was singing all the 80s music to him. We thought he was going to hate her for that. However, she became one of his greatest advocates and best nurses. She is not only a great caregiver for him, but she makes sure we all, as a family, are doing okay. We are going on week 5 of living at the hospital, and we rest easy knowing she is on his team.
