Whenever you think of what a nurse should be, Melissa is the full package. In my opinion, she exceeds all expectations. I was very pleased with her friendly personality. She made me feel comfortable like I had known her for a long time. Not only did she do her job, but she actually cared and took care of little things like making sure I had what I liked to drink. She was always going beyond her job requirement to make me comfortable. She certainly has all the qualities a nurse should have: caring nature, hard-working, empathetic, and easy going. I thank God for her role in this experience in my life.
