My father was in Critical Care during COVID and we were not able to be with him. The care was wonderful, and we are truly grateful. There was one nurse that stood out. Melissa was so caring and professional at all times. She always made time to update us on his status and to let us know that she was there with him when we could not be there.
My dad passed, but we know she did everything possible to help him and to make sure he was comfortable and not scared. She was there for us during this difficult time. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful she was and the comfort she provided. She makes a difference. Melissa is why we chose and will continue to choose Doctors Hospital. She was my right hand and my left foot for the past three months.
