Being up on the heart unit is very scary, Melissa showed more care and compassion than any nurse or hospital worker I have ever had the pleasure of being around. When I was scared she sat down and explained everything in detail to me, tests they were going to do, what the results would mean and everything about my stay and what was going on, she had other patients there to take care of but she made each and every one of us feel like we were her most important one.
