Melissa Putnam, RN

Melissa is the definition of kindness. She is caring and compassionate and doesn’t expect anything in return. She is kind to all the people around her. For example, on call back one night, we had a patient wake up from surgery craving pizza and a brownie. We left around 9 PM, and she went and got the patient's favorite food and took it back up to the patient. She could have just gone home knowing she’d have to be back early the next morning, but she took time out of her night to do something for someone else.

She has a big heart and always has a smile on her face. She is a blessing to all of her patients and the staff.
