Melissa is more than the definition of a nurse; she is an excellent and beautiful soul! She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and made my stay here more than comfortable, especially since my baby and I had to stay in the hospital for 5 days.
I went into labor the day I was set to enroll my daughter in kindergarten and buy school supplies for her and her 13-year-old sister. Melissa surprised me on the day that I was leaving with 2 bags full of school supplies and told me that she didn't want me to have to stress getting supplies when I just had a new baby. She is above and beyond what it takes to be a nurse.
