melissa reed 2018, LPN

Melissa was my nurse for a routine doctor's visit. I had mentioned to Melissa that I had a hard time getting to my appointment because I had to shovel my driveway. Melissa was very concerned for me and asked if she could hire a service to clean my driveway. I told her I would look into it, but Melissa asked if I minded if she gave me a call to check in on the status of me finding someone. I was more than happy to do so. A couple of days later, after a big Montana storm, Melissa called me to ask if I had found anyone to shovel my driveway, but I hadn't. Melissa then asked if it was okay for her to share my address with her husband so he could come help me since he has a snowplow. He not only cleared my driveway, but he also cleared my alleyway! When I tried to pay him, he said no and that he was happy to help. I am beyond grateful that Melissa took it upon herself to check up on me when she had absolutely no obligation to check on me outside the doctor's office.
