Melissa Rivas is an outstanding nurse and I can’t think of anyone who deserves the DAISY Award more. She is the epitome of what a nurse should be. She goes above and beyond for her patients and is very thorough and detail-oriented. The care she gives is impeccable. She is the go-to for questions about any skills, meds, or life in general. She is also a fabulous charge nurse and makes us all feel at ease knowing we have a great leader who will advocate for us and our patients.
Melissa is funny and brings humor and lightheartedness to a very heavy job. She always makes work better, and I know it’s going to be a good night when she’s working. Thank you, Melissa, for everything you do for our patients and all the staff. We are so thankful you are a part of the 4NE team!
