My mother was hallucinating and feeling like she was falling. She began to have what appeared to be a panic attack. Melissa talked so softly to her, held her hand until she calmed down. My brother and I were most pleased in not only the performance of her duties but going above and beyond with compassion and just plain ole respect for people.
