Melissa has been so considerate and caring during my time here. Answered all the questions I asked. Showed great concern for me the whole time I was here. Not only for me but all the patients in this unit. She is perfect for the profession. She was very much in control of the area but not demeaning. If I ever have to come back to this unit, I want Melissa in control.
