I was admitted with tightness in my chest. With a past history of bypass surgery and 2 subsequent stents, I was treated quickly. When I was back in my room I was nauseous and disoriented and obviously having problems. Nurse Melissa Scott immediately took charge, calming me down and helped stabilize me. My wife said she was amazing and resourceful. Melissa was my nurse for one day only but she was my best friend that day, making me feel that I was her only patient. You're lucky to have her on your staff. Melissa is a nurse who cares and shows it.
