I am having tests this week. I might need open heart surgery. I am an educated man with a Master's degree, but I have to tell you, I am afraid at my age (51) to be facing something like this.

Dr. A is great and so is his medical assistant, but the person who helps me the most every visit and after every visit, is Melissa.

She is awesome and a beautiful human being. She is on the ball with her job and always does what she says she is going to do for me. More than that she is kind and positive about what is going on with my health. She keeps me from dwelling on the bad that could happen. When I call that office, they may or may not answer. If I call Melissa's number, she answers or calls me shortly after I leave a message. It's a relief to know she is there and will help me.

I just want someone to know what a wonderful person they have working in their midst.
