Melissa has been a blessing to our family and specifically to our granddaughter. No one could get her IV started, and she was getting distressed about being stuck again. Melissa was able to distract her attention by talking about her own kids and then won her trust enough to let her try to get IV access, which she skillfully did. We are very grateful for Melissa's devotion to her work.
