Melissa Sipe, RN

Melissa is the true definition of a leader and team player. She constantly shows up for all of the staff and whenever she is asked for help she does it with a smile on her face. Melissa also teaches me something every time she comes to the unit. She is the biggest patient advocate too! And I aspire to be half of the nurse she is one day!

Melissa is the definition of a nurse leader. She inspires us nurses to be like her, motivates us to perform our duties at our maximum potential, is a strong advocate for the patients of this hospital, and always has our backs in any time of need. She is a nurse who is not afraid to take the lead on any disaster and one who you know will give 100%. She is very respected and a true DAISY Nurse Leader.
