Melissa was constantly checking on us and going above and beyond trying to help us in any way possible. She treated us like close family. Melissa was our nurse this second time when we were in for a one nighter, but she also remembered us from our previous stay less than two weeks ago. She was excited to see us and the progress we had been making. She remembered all the struggles we were having,without even having to look it up, and was eager to help us understand all the new things we were enduring. She insisted on caring for all the needs of the entire family, not just the patient. We were truly blessed to have her on the team!
