While sitting with a patient, I observed Missy having great compassion and patience to answer the same question many, many times from a patient. It’s clear, she has the patience of a saint and she ensures each patient is treated as an individual. She never showed any frustration with this patient despite having to repeat the same answers. She was always cheerful and reassuring. Any patient she takes care of is very lucky to have her on their care team!

I had the pleasure of watching Missy care for my friend. Missy was amazing! She kept her composure when answering hours of repetitions of questions from my friend as he recovered from his procedure. Missy was extremely compassionate, wonderfully friendly, and smiling. Anyone receiving care from Missy is very fortunate.
