My mother was given approximately 48 hours to live and the care that she received from Melissa while in Hospice was comforting. Knowing my mother was in extreme pain and discomfort was hard to see, but observing the personal care that she gave her, I knew mom would have been grateful. Not only did she look after mom, she looked after all of us while we were there day and night. She was busy with other patients but always seemed to be there when we needed her. She explained everything she was doing with mom from adjusting her in bed to giving her pain medicine. She made this tough time tolerable for us.
