“I had a double mastectomy on11-6-09. Melissa was knowing, compassionate, and thorough in all her explanations. After she explained something, I never had to ask questions. She made you feel like she was really concerned only for my welfare and care. She was the best nurse I have ever had and believe me, I have had many surgeries in different hospitals throughout Michigan. I am so glad she was my nurse. Also, she was so kind to my family and that means a lot. She was great with my emotional times, also.”
