I went through an extremely painful test called a milogram due to underlying health conditions. Preparing for the test, Melissa was the most knowledgeable and helpful. During the test, she gave extra love and care, which is rare. She held my hand with true compassion.
Afterward, things ended up yet again scary and I was readmitted. Nurse Melissa saved a dangerous situation and gave me excellent care. We need more caring and compassionate nurses like her!
