From the time my father in law came to the ICU, Melissa treated him with respect and came to his side no matter what time of day and always with a smile. Melissa took the time to listen and answer any questions we had no matter how small of a question. Earlier in the week, she talked with us for a long time and entertained D when she didn't have to. You can tell that Melissa loves her job and truly cares for people. She went above and beyond the call of duty. She took the time to help and explain what's going on. We thank her for her services and we are glad this hospital has her. She truly is one of a kind.
