Melissa on the NICU unit was very impressive to watch when my preemie baby arrived at the NICU. After she spent a while talking with me while I held my baby. She was very quick thinking and very communicative with other staff to get my preemie baby situated. These nurses absolutely pour out their heart and soul into their work here.
