Melissa made our entire visit so amazing and worry-free. Our son made a curious mistake by placing an airsoft pallet into his right eardrum and Melissa treated him with delicate "mommy" compassion! She never judged him or made him feel guilty for his choices! However, Melissa addressed him as a person, as a young man and without her knowing, she soothed all of his anxieties for surgery.
Our son came in nervous, anxious, worried and very ashamed! He left uplifted, high spirited, happy, and relaxed! (This also came from the anesthesia meds.) We had an amazing experience at Piedmont Newton and our main reason was our fabulous nurse Melissa. We wish we knew her on a more personal level; we miss your greatness already. Stay true and continue to spread your love!
