Melody Bencie, BSN, RN

From the moment that we met Melody, I knew she was very kind, caring, and compassionate. The way Melody took care of my son showed me that she was completely invested in his recovery. She was his champion during those very dark and unsure days. She always took as much time as we needed to ask questions and answer in a way that we truly understood, always making sure that we did. She was very committed to him and his family. When it came time for her to have time off, she still called in to see how he was doing. My faith in humanity was really renewed by her. I am so grateful to all that got him through those first days, but especially Melody, as she was so knowledgeable, caring, and invested in his recovery. I will forever remember her kindness and professionalism.
