Melody always went above and beyond what was expected of her. From the moment I was entered into her care, she was very compassionate, caring, kind, and extremely empathetic! One instance in which she showed her extraordinary compassion was when she had to draw blood from me. I am considered a hard stick! She helped me to relax and assured me that all would be fine. I told her I had had horrible experiences in the past. She assured me that she would not use me as a pin cushion! Thank goodness she was able to find a vein each time. Her knowledge and expertise in her field are above reproach! She always made me feel loved and appreciated! What an extraordinary human being who loves her job! Kudos to her!
