Melody stayed late passed her scheduled shifts to coordinate all the plasma and albumin needed for my treatments. She had to call several people to make sure everything was ready for my treatment each day. She also assisted the plasma treatments during the day. She took time to explain things to me. She was kind, caring, and very professional.
