Her hands-on approach has a significant impact on the quality of patient care and the management of staff concerns. Melody consistently performs this task with efficiency and enthusiasm each shift. During her tenure as House Supervisor, Melody has earned the respect and trust of team members across all departments. She uses a warm approach in problem-solving and behavior corrections.
