As nurses, we all can appreciate having one of those rather “hectic” shifts. Melody’s commitment to teamwork and willingness to help her co-workers was nothing less than outstanding last night.
Melody was able to identify co-workers in need of assistance and immediately pitched in to help. She consistently demonstrates those behaviors, actions, and values when she is at work on a daily basis.
Melody not only demonstrated integrity, she was compassionate to the patients and her co-workers. She is an excellent nurse and an asset to the GSH team.
