Melonie came on shift right as I discovered my breakfast was wrong, she never skipped a beat in resolving the issue, she always knocked, introduced herself, explained what she was going to do next, and told me what meds I was being given and when the next ones were due. She came to check on me often and always made sure I had cold fresh water, clean linens, and any other supplies I may need. She listened to my concerns and relayed them on to get resolved if needed. She made me and my wife feel like we mattered. My happiness, comfort, and care were important to her. She was upbeat and made me laugh, which kept my spirits up.

She was very considerate of how I was feeling and she even went home and did research on what my illness might have been and how to help treat the illness, she also prayed for me.
