Melora spent much of her shift at T's beside performing thorough physical assessments with clear explanations of procedures, lab, and x-ray reports. She was very organized with her care, untangling cords,tubes, and lines other nurses had overlooked. She was supportive and allowed me to participate in T's care and I was able to spend the night at his bedside, reducing our stress and anxiety.

Although T was in critical condition, he recalls how she alone took him to x-ray at 4am upon his request and how she calmly and competently rescued him from a very scary choking episode.

Overall, her nursing care greatly exceeded our expectations and definitely aided in his recovery. We are so thankful.
