Melynda has been with BSA for 25 years. She is well-organized, task-oriented, reliable, and knowledgeable. She is genuinely interested in taking care of our patients and consistently goes above and beyond to provide them with the necessary assistance. Patients know they will receive a call back on time. The doctor is worry-free when Melynda is working because the clinic flows efficiently. She is a great role model, and her work ethic speaks for itself.
