Melyssa jumped right into action and began CPR. Within a few minutes, he began to breathe and life entered back into his body.
I was expecting to receive a call from the hospital that my husband was to be released. When I answered the nurse told me that J's heart had stopped and he was going to ICU and put on a ventilator. I was in shock. I hung up and cried for hours thinking my best friend may never come home. What would my life be without him by my side? I was able to visit him a couple of hours later in the ICU and when I walked into his room, he smiled and blew me kisses. I didn't understand how close we came to losing him until today when his nurse told me what happened. Melyssa jumped right into action and began CPR. Within a few minutes, he began to breathe and life entered back into his body. The words Thank You do not adequately express my gratitude for giving me time to spend with my best friend, soul mate, my true love. I am forever grateful for the gift you gave me.

My name is J, I am so thankful for your help in finding me and bringing me here. You will be happy to know that I am doing great. I feel 100% or more and look forward to going home soon, so I can be with my wife and pets. God bless you and everybody here. You are heroes!
