Mendy Blair, DNP, RN-BC, NEA-BC, CENP
Dr. Blair is truly a nurse's nurse who strongly supports, encourages, and works to create a positive practice environment where nurses own the practice of nursing. She is a strong believer in the tenets of nursing professional practice and places a major emphasis on rewards and recognition, self-care, and practicing the art of gratitude.
Mendy has provided a special pathway for nurse leaders to excel and grow through coaching and mentoring and providing an environment of 'open door' support. Her background in education lays a foundation and is a driving force for improvement in many aspects of nursing care related to goals around quality, safety, and patient experience. She is the ultimate nurse advocate for recognition and accountability. She is full of compassion as well as empathy and visibly cares for nurses at all levels of experience. She promotes innovation and a culture of evidence-based practice in all that we do.
