Mercedes has a beautiful soul. First day I met her I felt the love and care from her presence. She is very hardworking and knows what she is doing. I received my medications on time. I was in a lot of pain, and she was right there helping with anything and everything. She is the best! I just want to say thank you, and I love you, nurse!

My father was transferred to the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab for inpatient rehab after his stroke, and he spoke very highly of Mercedes. He shared that she consistently went above and beyond in his care. She was always available to answer his questions, offer support, and provide guidance whenever he needed it. Our family is truly grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and dedication. She made a challenging time much easier for him.
