Mercy was my father's nurse in recovery room. She provided exceptional care to my father. Mercy was very careful and super attentive. I hope all RNs provide similar care to your patients. Mercy quietly goes about her business of patient care providing not only nursing services, but also the sincere care of an invested 'family member'. I have observed Mercy encourage patients to move, walk, cough and deep breathe (no small feat with a fresh incision!) with such kindness that the patient follows her instructions just to please her. In the end, the patients avoid post-op complications, feel better and heal faster because of Mercy's stellar care.
