Mercy is such a wonderful and caring person and nurse. She took such personal care of me, she made me laugh and she made my stay in Memorial feel better. You can tell Mercy cares about her patients and job. I really want to take her home. Such an amazing nurse.

Since Mercy saw us arrive she was very open with us. Mercy made us feel as if we were at home. She took care of my mom. Mercy has a skillset like no other; it truly takes someone as special as she is to do this type of care on a day-to-day basis. We truly enjoyed meeting her. Thanks again Mercy, for doing an amazing job at hosting Mom here.

Mercy is a great nurse and co-worker. She is always in a calming mood. She calms the patient and staff. Recently, Mercy took care of a patient, and the family was blown away by her professionalism, wealth of knowledge, and kindness. The family brought Mercy cupcakes, which she shared with her co-workers. What really touched me about this particular encounter was that Mercy not only touched the hearts of the adult family members of the patient, but she also touched the hearts of the patient’s grandchildren. The kids were so thankful they made Mercy thank you cards. One card said, “Thank you, Mercy, for making my grandmother feel better.” Mercy is able to make an impact on the young and the old.
