Mercy Collison, RN
What an amazing charge nurse Mercy is! She was present and attentive to me and my dad at one of the most challenging times for us. Mercy had the opportunity to clock out and go home when her shift ended but she didn’t; she stayed over an hour extra to help my dad, who was extremely agitated. She held my hand as I struggled to see my dad in distress while holding his legs to keep him from getting up. Not only is Mercy one of the most compassionate nurses I’ve met, but she showed she is a true leader by stepping up when there was no sitter for my dad. You are truly lucky to have her as part of your organization.
