I am the mother and companion of Patient A, I am in deep gratitude for what she bestowed upon me and my child, when we were being trans-out from the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, we have been ushered by Nurse Mercy to our room in the Pediatric Ward II; on that moment, I was so anxious but I have seen in her the insurmountable cooperation and care. I have seen her as the Charge Nurse of the unit and through the hectic job that she does, she will come back to us all the time and recheck my child's condition. If you are a mother of an ill child it is normal to feel anxious and always experience a lack of sleep and no appetite to eat throughout my stay with my child in the Pediatric Ward, but when I see Nurse Mercy during her shift, I feel secure because she shows real empathy towards me and my child, so, before I will leave because Thank God my Attending Physician decided that we can be discharged, once again I am extending my appreciation to Nurse Mercy.
