Meredith is a hardworking and dedicated NICU nurse. On her way in to start her shift one day, she saw a family in need of help. The mom was actually delivering a baby in the bathroom. Meredith used quick thinking and called for help. She delivered the baby in the bathroom calmly while reassuring the mom and dad. The baby was delivered safely and the family was very gracious that she stopped to help!
