Meredith Farone, BSN, RN
Meredith is part of the "A-Team" of ChristianaCare. Meredith has been seeing me on and off for the last 5 years. She has stuck with me and helped me by going the extra mile and has saved my life. She calls me every morning at 7:00 am to remind me to take my medication. My viral load numbers are now almost undetectable for the first time in over 10 years. I don't know anyone else that would do that for me, even my family. Meredith takes time to listen and cares about me. My physical and mental health has gotten better since Meredith has been helping me; I feel good! I used to not want to come to my regular appointments at the clinic, but now I love to come because I know Meredith and the team care about me. I thought this was the least that I could do to show my gratitude. ChristianaCare has some great nurses!
